Yesterday, my dear Femke finally came home from Kenya. She was there to arrange a pan-African conference for Parliamentarians about climate change. It was a lot of hard work, but in the end she had great success.
This weekend she went for a safari in Masai Mara. The travel agency that set her up didn’t exactly do what they were paid to do – she ended up on another (and much simpler) lodge and her transport back to Nairobi was a very delayed van instead of a flight.
Nevertheless, she had some great safari experiences. All the photos above are taken by Femke.
